Terms of Service

Effective March 2025

By using Inspontaneous you agree to these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your workspace. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.

2. Acceptable use

Inspontaneous may not be used to transmit spam, harass consignors, or store unlawful content. Automated scraping or attempts to reverse engineer the service are prohibited.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page. Charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Storage fees apply to idle clients as described on the pricing page.

4. Termination

You may cancel at any time via support. We may terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. Upon termination you may export your data for 30 days.

5. Liability

Inspontaneous is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties and limit liability to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
